Who We Are

Started in 2016, Bath Sorbet started as a simple request from The Ogden’s daughter, Paisley, when she asked for toy surprise bath bombs to give as favors for her 4th birthday party. After scouring local stores without success, Lacey began the journey of researching, experimenting and formulating bath bombs! A $200 investment later, Bath Sorbet was born.

Throughout operating our stores for the past 7 years, we have been committed to smart and strategic growth and have worked dilligently to perfect our products, our supply chain, and our systems and processes. In 2022, we opened our flagship franchise prototype location in Yukon, OK. With the incredible support of our team and customers, we are ready to mentor franchisees in growing their own successful businesses. How much money can I make?

As a franchisor, we cannot make any type of earnings claim. However, what we can do is provide you with Item 19 in our FDD to show you how our stores performed in our local market.
What qualities is Bath Sorbet looking for in a franchisee?

Someone who is focused on customer service, driven to succeed, is passionate about community involvement and loves to be creative.
How much is the franchise fee?

The franchise fee is a one-time fee for our store and it is $45,000.
How many do employees do I need?

A typical Bath Sorbet store will have a Manager, a Team Lead and 3 – 5 part-time sales associates.
How long does it take to open a Bath Sorbet store?

We estimate that a realistic timeframe is 6-9 months from the time you sign the Franchise Agreement before you open your doors. Factors like site selection, lease negotiations and market conditions can push this timeframe out.
What type of initial training and support should I expect from Bath Sorbet?

Our team is built to provide you with bomb service from the start

Real Estate: we will present you with local market data and analytics, site locations and lease negotiations.

Construction: we offer architectural services, store layout schematics, assist with competitive General Contracting bids and help with construction project management.

Marketing: we provide and help implement your Market Opening Program to make sure everyone knows about your store before it even opens! And after your store is open our marketing team is still providing you social media content, and working closely with you on reaching customers.

Training: you receive 80 hours of hands-on product making training by our training staff, along with easy-to-follow product training manuals, recipe book, video tutorials and access to our Product Making Certification program.

Operations: our team will help guide you through your day to day operations including training on accounting, HR, POS and store uniformity.

Do I need to have business experience to have a Bath Sorbet store?

While having owned a business, or been in management before is positive, it is not a requirement. We believe that our processes, systems and business model give anybody the ability to thrive and be successful.
Do you offer a discount for Military Veterans?

Yes! Military veterans, police officers, fire fighters and EMT personnel qualify for a $5,000 discount off the initial franchise fee.
