Mr. Green is known as Mr. Bubbles trusted business partner. He has helped launder Mr. Bubbles money for the past decade. Mr. Green felt that Mr. Bubbles wasn't giving him his fair share of the deals so when he confronted Mr. Bubbles to tell him he wanted out, Bubbles then threatened to bring him down if he didn't continue to assist in their shady business dealings. Mr. Green decides to leave town to clear his head and begin devising a plan to get out of business with Bubbles but is shocked to hear of his murder while he was away! Thankfully he has an airtight alibi and his purchase of rope won't raise any suspicions.
