Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or new product launches due to the handmade nature of our products.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Priority Shipping (if selected): 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Carriers

Orders ship via USPS or UPS, depending on package size and destination.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available at our Yukon or Edmond, OK store locations.
If eligible, this option will appear at checkout. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Bath Sorbet is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Returned packages may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Bath Sorbet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “delivered” by the carrier.
Please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number for assistance.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [customer service email] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged items and packaging.

Heat & Weather Disclaimer

Bath Sorbet is not responsible for damage caused by extreme temperatures during transit.
We recommend selecting expedited shipping during warmer months.
